  147. If you want it active, just wait for a new version of DMP. This list 
  148. was quite active when version 4.00 was released. Version 4.01 
  149. should be out soon, since 4.00 has a few bugs in it. The 32-bit 
  150. version doesn't work; the amplification switch (-a) was removed; DMP 
  151. still doesn't play .XM files etc. etc.

  189. Sorry about bothering, but i like this card very much and there is no 
  190. good player which takes advantage of its internal memory...

  225. know about DMP. Maybe Otto can tell us if he has any plans.

  244. ROLs, and not for playing modules ?

  258. Yep, there is. But actually, only one of the settings works (don't 
  259. remember which) and that one is still way too loud. Using SB16SET 
  260. every time I use DMP isn't very handy.

  300. I had the same problem, I also have the same soundcard(+ ASP) except for IRQ 5
  301. instead of 7. (I don't use V4 anymore, I use DMP 3.01 instead)

  327. I have a SB16 (no ASP) IRQ 5, DMA 1, Port 220h and DMP and DMP/32 run 
  328. great! I mostly use DMP/32 because I don't use EMS.  DMP runs fine with my
  329. settingd, so recheck you values.  If worse came to worse, you could try
  330. setting your IRQ to 5 (default for my system), maybe that would work.

  371. I think this memory eas meant only for playing midi files.
  372. CMF is played only through FM-synthesis.
  373. And for the ROL I've only FM-player. If you (or anyone else) have a 
  374. ROL player for general midi or directly for AWE32, I'll be really 
  375. happy if you agree to send me it.

  377. I think that the extra memory is good for storing samples in it and 
  378. for making some effects with them. Isn't it good for a MOD player ?

  380. P.S.: I have found one on some FTP ( I think it's called AWEMOD ) and 
  381. it sounds good. But it plays only 4-chn MOD and not all effects. ;(
